Tokuzo Knives Original Deba Knife.
A traditional Japanese knife designed specifically for preparing fish.
It is ideal for filleting fish and cutting through hard bones and fish heads with the weight and thickness of its blade.
The relatively short blade makes it easy to handle and well suited for precise work close to the hand.
The knife features a traditional Tosa kurouchi finish, hand-forged by a blacksmith using carbon steel. This traditional style of craftsmanship has become increasingly rare.
The handle is made from natural wood, providing a comfortable grip even during long periods of cooking.
