Information Regarding Shipping Products to the United States

Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, duty-free exemptions have been suspended, and customs duties may now be applied upon import.
In addition, as the handling procedures for EMS (Japan Post) shipments remain unclear, all orders to the United States are currently shipped via DHL.
Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, and related fees incurred upon import are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.

Furthermore, in the event that a package is returned due to customer-related reasons, we regret that the product cost and shipping fees are non-refundable.

About delivery companies

Please note that we cannot accept requests from customers to specify a delivery company, as each product will be delivered by a delivery company designated by the store.
Depending on the contents of your order, your order will be shipped by one of the following delivery companies.

Yamato Transport

Timing of product shipment

Unless otherwise specified,

Bank transfer	After confirming your payment, we will ship your order within 10 business days. (*Excluding items that will be shipped as soon as they arrive)
Credit card payment Smartphone payment Cash on delivery	After confirming your order, we will ship it within 10 business days. (*Excluding items that will be shipped as soon as they arrive)
Prepaid settlement	The expected delivery date may vary depending on the timing of your payment.

Morning (8:00-12:00)
14:00-16:00
4pm to 6pm
6pm to 8pm
8pm to 9pm

However, even if you specify a time, we may not be able to deliver within the specified time due to circumstances.
